Cookie Policy

XM Services keeps browser storage to the minimum needed to run the product. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell browsing data.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Strictly necessary storage

Your sign-in session is stored in your browser so you stay logged in between visits and so the app can prove who you are when it calls our servers. Clearing it signs you out.

A short-lived flag is used to recover the page if a stale asset fails to load after a new release, preventing a blank screen.

2. Preference storage

The studio remembers lightweight choices such as your last selected tool, aspect ratio and caption toggle so you do not have to reset them each visit.

3. Reference library (IndexedDB)

Reference images you upload and name on the AI Video and AI Image pages are saved in your own browser's IndexedDB so you can pick them again later. These files stay on your device until you delete them from the saved references row or clear your browser data.

4. Third parties

Signing in with Google sets cookies on Google's domains under Google's own policies. Our infrastructure providers may set cookies required for security and load balancing.

We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.

5. Managing storage

You can clear cookies, local storage and IndexedDB at any time from your browser settings. Removing strictly necessary storage will sign you out and reset your studio preferences, but it does not delete anything in your generation library, which lives on our servers.
